El cerebro es un órgano muy complejo. Aunque se ha avanzado mucho en la investigación, sólo conocemos en torno a un 20% de su estructura y funciones.

¿Cuál es el objeto de estudio de las Neurociencias?

La estructura y funcionamiento del cerebro, así como las enfermedades que lo afectan, como por ejemplo las neurodegenerativas. En estos estudios participan diferentes especialistas, como físicos, químicos, biólogos, médicos, ingenieros o informáticos.
